In 2020, Erin leveraged her 25+ years of leadership and HR experience and started Good Culture Works to shine a light on the most important element of professional success: take great care of your people and your business will flourish (plus you’ll feel like a rock star and it’ll be a lot of fun!).

She helps organizations and leaders develop, articulate and foster Good Culture to maximize engagement and profitability through collaborative leadership coaching and organizational culture consulting. It takes commitment and consistency, and when Good Culture Works, it’s magical!
