“Let the choices you make today be the choices you can live with tomorrow.”

On July 29, 2001, Aaron Cooksey took the wheel drunk, and his best friend was killed. Now, after serving a four-year prison term and completing his degree, the former college athlete tours the country to tell his story in hopes of helping create change and build leaders who make decisions they can be proud of.

Though the core of his program is surrounding the choices and consequences of drinking and driving (via his Drop Your Pride program), he has extensive experience tailoring his story to the broader lessons that every action has consequences — both good and bad.

Nobody is perfect, and we all make mistakes. The importance comes in minimizing all unnecessary risk. Aaron talks about life skills and finds a way to connect with almost every single person in his audience.

Education, character, decision making, and life lessons all blend into a very powerful program.
