Ronni Litz Julien, has dedicated her career to teaching healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits to all ages. She is also a professional lecturer and media specialist. Julien spends much of her time developing lifelong nutritional/behavioral programs that are individualized, realistic and reasonable. She specializes in disease prevention, weight management, heart disease, diabetes, eating disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, plant-based programs, cancer, substance abuse and other nutrition-related issues. Julien has authored three important books “What Should I Feed My Kids? How to Keep Your Children Healthy by Teaching Them to Eat Right,” “The Trans Fat Free Kitchen,” The Everything Series’ “Everything Cooking for Kids.”

With chronic disease, obesity, and poor nutritional health remaining critical issues of today, Julien’s message is more significant than ever. She has offered science-based presentations through national and local speaking engagements, various media, and previous book tours. Julien has earned several prestigious awards in areas of healthcare and nutrition, including the Greater Miami’s Dietitian of the Year Award. She has proudly practiced in the health care field for 35+ years.
