“Walking is not for wimps!”

Michele is the former Fitness Director of Prevention magazine, who’s written for Self, MORE and Shape Magazines about health and fitness. Michele has coached thousands of people across the country to walk full and half marathons.

She’s written three books: “Firm Up in 3 Weeks, “Walk Off Weight,”“Walk Your Butt Off!” She’s on the Board of Directors for the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a member of the Every Body Walks Collaborative and an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor, has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, The Biggest Loser, CNN, the Early Show, USA Today, Good Day New York, and NPR.
