RETREAT & VENUE OVERVIEW
Campowerment retreats are for awesome women to move through change, honor life’s milestones, and write their next chapter, together. It’s expert-led programming, powered by play; personal empowerment alongside community connection; for reflection and introspection; emotional exchange, and living out loud, together. Campowerment is fun and invigorating, deep and meaningful. Our retreats are rooted in tradition, and yet each totally unique.
And this one is dedicated to better relationships – to ourselves, to our leadership, to our bodies, to nature, to belief (especially when it’s hardest to find), and to each other – because the world needs each of us to bring our very best…more than it ever has, really.
The format this time around is Fancy Camp at The Horse Shoe Farm, an award-winning 85-acre luxury boutique resort in the foothills of Asheville, North Carolina, hosting an intimate group (no more than 65 all in), with just 25 staying on site.

Ticket Availability: 25 On-Site Tickets; 25 Off-Site Tickets
Because tickets are limited and on-site housing is first-come, first-reserved, we recommend:
- Reviewing all the below details in advance
- Talking with any friends you may want to room or house with [on- or off-site]
- Being ready to complete registration when it opens
- To note: You may only purchase ticket for yourself; each camper must register independently (in order to understand and agree to the terms)

ON-SITE & OFF-SITE TICKETS: WHAT & HOW
For all: Gates open for this retreat at 2 p.m. on Day 1 (Friday, June 26) and close at 2 p.m. on Day 4 (Monday, June 29)
ON-Site Tickets ($3,750) Include:
- All Campowerment programming from start to finish; including special morning activities for On-Site campers only
- Accommodations for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
- All meals: Dinner on Friday; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday & Sunday
- Breakfast and Grab-N-Go Lunch on Monday
- The feeling of being fully held from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart
- 10% off any treatment at The Stable Spa
ON-Site Tickets Do NOT Include:
- Transportation to/from retreat
- Spa treatments [optional]
OFF-Site Tickets ($1,999) Include:
- All scheduled Campowerment programming from ~10-10* each day
- Lunches + Dinners: Dinner on Friday; Lunch and Dinner on Saturday & Sunday; Grab-N-Go Lunch on Monday
OFF-Site Tickets Do NOT Include:
- Early-morning programming (pre-breakfast)
- Accommodations for Fri, Sat, Sun
- Transportation to/from retreat
- Spa treatments [optional]
- Daily breakfast
*Timing subject to change a bit, based on start/end of scheduled programming
Please note: OFF-Site Campers are not permitted in the on-site homes. There will be restrooms on site for your usage while on property and you are free to come and go as needed to your off-property accommodations. There will also be a shared space for hanging out between sessions as you wish. All OFF-Site Campers must depart upon completion of the scheduled program each day.
HOUSING & ROOM SELECTION (ON-SITE TICKETS)
The on-site homes are beautiful and varied — each with a different layout, room types, and bed configurations. [See all layouts, here.]
First-Come, First-Reserved
On-site housing is assigned first-come, first-reserved during registration (one camper per bed)
You will choose: Your house >> Your room >> Your bed
To note: Whether you choose a private room with a king bed or a shared room with a twin bed, the on-site ticket cost is the same ($3,750).
If any of these are important to you, register as soon as registration opens:
Private room -or – King bed -or- Sharing with specific friends
Not permitted: “saving” beds for others. Each registering camper must sign themselves up for their own bed, to keep the process fair for all.
Consider: If you know you are coordinating housing with others and want to do your best to ensure that you can room together, be in communication prior to – and day-of- registration, having done your homework to book a certain house and bed. If you are registering as soon as tickets are live, you are most likely to get what you are hoping for.

THE SPA [optional]
The Horse Shoe Farm features a phenomenal on-site spa with a unique menu of treatments, steps away from the goings on of Campowerment’s retreat. If you’d like to book a treatment, you’ll do so directly with The Stable Spa. Menu of services, booking directions and other information HERE.
Campowerment will pre-share the retreat schedule with all campers, to offer suggestions as to when you may want to book a treatment, if you so choose, without missing cornerstone programming.
CONNECTING WITH FELLOW CAMPERS
Campowerment will offer a private Facebook group that’s open only to the women registered for this retreat, as a place to connect, ask/answer questions, facilitate coordination of travel and keep in touch before and after this retreat. A link to that group will come in the welcome email within minutes of your registration.
TICKET POLICY
All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future retreat.
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another woman by:
- Finding the replacement camper yourself
- Managing any financial exchange directly with her
- Emailing the Campowerment team so we can officially process the transfer
Campowerment will not be running any sales, deals or promotions on this retreat

MISC. DETAILS
- Scholarships: The reality is we would like to open Give Her Camp scholarships to this retreat, but don’t yet know the feasibility. If interested, be sure you’re signed up for our emails to be the first to know if we’re able to make this happen (if so, likely in Spring). If you would like to donate to Give Her Camp, which is currently paused for donations, please send an email to [email protected]. We will make plans accordingly, and only open donations if we are able to open scholarships to give.
- Payment Plans: Campowerment will be offering payment plans.
- All plans feature 3 equal installments, 30 days apart, the first of which is paid at registration, the second and third of which are auto-deducted from the credit card used at registration 30 and 60 days post-registration.
- All payments within plan are subject to a 4% processing fee per transaction.
