4-5:15PM Opening Circles: A Look At What Serves

  • What it is: We’re getting into the work & play & everything else this camp will bring — by reflecting on what is and is not working for each of us, starting with how we show up…trait-side.

After Circles On-Site Homes are Ready – Move In

  • Offsite Campers: Hang on site at the farm. Take a dip in the hot tub or pool, hit the sauna or steam room, get a spa treatment, play games in the Farmhouse or just take it all in!

    • What it is: A Tammi original, wherein we’ll be figuratively deep diving but literally in the shallow end of this farm’s pool. This one’s based on partnership, in a getting-to-know-you (and actually, getting-to-know-me-better) format. Light on the exercise; heavy on the movement.
  • Yoga: Flow Into Connection with Demacy Monte-Parker: Yoga, Reiki, Doula

9AM Breakfast*

10-10:15AM Daily Opening [All Campers: Day Begins Here]

10:30-11:45AM Workshop/Activity:

  • Workshop: WTF is Happening to My Body with Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz, MD: Board Certified OB-GYN, Founder: The Menopause Bootcamp
    • What it is: No one warned us about the puberty of midlife, right?! This workshop will help us unpack the mysteries of the full mind~body~spirit transformation that is menopause, and learn how to transform the narrative around aging, as an opportunity to regain agency. Together, we’ll look at midlife and beyond as the portal to longevity and healthspan, by defining the risks and changes and review specifically how to anticipate, prevent, and manage these “normal” challenges we all face.
  • Activity: Hypnosis: A Guided Journey Into Love, Attachment & Belonging with Caitlin
    • What it is: Caitlin will direct us through the concept of self-love (the most important love of all!) while gently helping us reflect on the subconscious patterns, emotional imprints, and nervous system responses that shape how we give and receive love, trust, and connection.

12-1PM Lunch

1:30-2:45PM Workshop/Activity:

  • Workshop: Unlocking Genius with Levina Li: Life & Leadership Coach
    • What it is: Are you feeling stuck around a meaningful opportunity or challenge in your life? If so, this session is for you. It’s an interactive workshop designed to surface clarity, insight, and direction to help you take your next steps forward.
  • Forks Over Friendship: A Cooking Competition with Tammi
    • What it is: This one’s for the whisk takers 😜 Brace yourself for a competitive team game for the foodies (current and aspirational) with Tam, who’s been chomping at the bit for this one.

3:30-4:30PM Workshop/Circle/Activity:

  • Workshop: Plant Medicine 101: Wisdom from Science + Ancient Healing with Dr. Suzanne
    • What it is: From the esoteric to the mundane, 30% or more of modern medications are derived from the natural world. What happens when ancient wisdom meets modern science? You’ll learn about the pharmacy in your kitchen or backyard how to safely and effectively approach natural remedies and even to make our own medicine in this hands on workshop, to help prevent and diminish symptoms of the common cold.
  • Circle: The Shape of Time with Chelsea
    • What it is: Time has a way of speeding up when we’re not looking — and life has a way of reminding us, sometimes gently and sometimes not, to slow down. In this Circle, we’ll sit together with the big, tender questions: What does it mean to really notice the time we have? How does that change what we choose to do with this moment, this season, this chapter? Come as you are.
  • Pickle Ball competition, powered by rise & rally‘s Jade Baranski [a fellow Fancy Camper!]

4:30-5:30PM Chill Time -and/or- Soul Attunement: Intuitive Oracle Card Pull with Caitlin

7:45PM S’mores ‘Round the Campfire

9:30PM Orchestral Himalayan Sound Bath with Vivek Chugh: Sound Healer, and his 40+ instruments!

  • What it is: This one’s  a multidimensional soundscape — richer and more textured than a traditional sound bath. Vivek studied the ancient art of sound healing in Nepal, and will take us on a different kind of somatic  journey, where ancient wisdom meets modern well-being, to de-escalate the nervous system.

*On-Site Campers Only

Offered All Day:

  • Boating
  • Arts + Crafts
  • Swimming/Steam/Sauna
  • Bike Around the Farm
  • Open Courts
  • Game Room
  • The Stable Spa

8AM Morning Activities:*

  • Journaling: Sunrise Session with Chelsea
    • What it is: Start the day with a reflective exercise that pays tribute to who you woke up as today, and how. This not just a journaling exercise, but also a legacy one, as when we honor who we are becoming, we show all other relationships how we carry our own torch.
  • Moving Meditation on the Labyrinth with Caitlin
    • What it is: A gentle, embodied practice that pairs slow, intentional walking with quiet reflection. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has only one path — there are no dead ends, no wrong turns, and no decisions to make once you begin. You simply follow the path inward to the center, pause, and follow it back out. The walking itself becomes the meditation.

9AM Breakfast*

9:50AM Daily Opening [All Campers: Day Begins Here]

10AM Workshops:

  • 10-12 Workshop: The Art of Asking with Levina
    • What it is: If you’re ready to engage in some powerful work around desire and asking for and receiving more of what you want in every part of your life, this one’s for you. We’ll work with attention and the nervous system as you lean into edges around asking, big and small, because asking is at the heart of creating everything you want. This is a closed session; doors will close once we begin.
  • 10-11:30 Workshop: Soul Tempo Method with Caitlin
    • What it is: There’s an evolutionary intelligence to the way we’re wired to be in relationship with ourselves, to notice, to respond, to protect, to care. Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to override those signals in order to belong, perform, or keep the peace. In this 90-minute Soul Tempo™ workshop, we return to that original design: the practice of befriending yourself through honest attunement to your body, mind, and spirit.

12-1:15PM Workshops/Circle:

  • Workshop: About Sex and Intimacy with Dr. Suzanne
  • Workshop: Who’s In Your Camp? Re(de)fining Your Friendships
    • What it is: Not every woman who started the journey with you is meant to finish it with you — and that’s okay. This workshop invites you to pause, and rewrite the rules about who deserves to be in your camp, and how to better be in theirs.
  • Circle: On Grief: Connection, Hope & Healing, with Meryl Russo: Certified Grief Educator and Grief Coach

1:30PM Lunch

9:15PM All-Camp Integration Game with Chelsea, Tammi & Caitlin

7:30-8:15AM Morning Activity: To Hold or Be Held* with Caitlin [in the pool!]

  • What it is: In the gentle stillness of the shallow end of the pool, you will be lovingly and safely cradled by a partner – supported completely, weightless, with nothing to do and nowhere to be. This simple, tender practice creates the conditions for something rare and beautiful: true surrender.
