Weekend Retreats: Payment Plans
• 3 installments, 30 days apart, starting at registrations, like so: Campers can pay for camp in three equal payments, the first of which is paid at registration, the second and third of which are auto-deducted from the credit card used at registration 30 and 60 days post-registration. .
• All payments within plan are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to a 3% processing fee per payment. Registration made with a payment plan is considered a final sale. to the individual who initially registered. No transfers to someone who fills your bunk space; no roll-overs to another camp.
• All payment plans are eligible for deals and promotions, unless otherwise specified.
• All payment plans close 70 days prior to respective Weekend Retreats.
Mini & Day Camps: Cancellation Policy
Events are rain or sunshine. All tickets are final sale; non-refundable; non-transferable (between Mini Camps and/or between Campers). See ya there!
